Dani Grassi // Chief Executive Officer
Dani comes with years of experience as a business owner with expertise that includes Sales, Operation & Development, Consultation, IT, Recruiting/Job Placement Services, Project Management, Public Speaking & Training, Writer & Author, Grant Writing, Non-Profit, Organizations, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and the list goes on. She sits on several non-profit corporations. She is a tireless proponent of community service and alternative education. She earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing & Computer Science and a M.B.A. in Business Management & Operations. She is the current business owner of several companies. She was appointed by the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) for the Ohio Business Advisory Council, is a recipient of the Ronald Reagan Gold Medal, and was honored in the Wall Street Journal Newspaper numerous times. Dani is an active Catholic/Christian who continues to work within the Church, children ministries, and charitable organizations.
Allison O'Brien // Chief Operating Officer
Allison comes with years of experience managing large corporations in different industries as well as years of experience directly recruiting for many industries as well. She is also responsible for new business generation as well as maintaining currently client/business relationships. Her management skills are unmatched in this industry. Allison is directly responsible for the success of the recruiters and administrative personnel at DG Top Truck Transport. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resource Management. Allison has a strong presence in her community and surrounding areas as a successful and generous woman. She is a "work-horse" and believes that the success of her team is a high priority! Allison's success comes from her keen ability to multi-task and manage high level and fast paced organizations.
